Shipping Policy

We designed our warehouse and store operation around anti-capitalist values. We are not @maz0n and have no intention of trying to be like them. Solving the pressing social and environmental issues our society faces requires us to adjust our standards. We can’t keep expecting overnight deliveries AND realistically address climate change. By combining all shipments into one day each week, we are able to significantly reduce our carbon footprint and our costs.

Orders are shipped out once a week. Typically Thursdays. At this time we cannot provide international shipping. Some products are available in Mexico and Guatemala, however the purchase and shipping is not through this website, so please contact us directly for international purchases.

All orders received by 11:59 CST Wednesday will be processed for that week’s delivery. Thank you for your patience in receiving your items, they are worth the wait!

Also, to respect our desire to reduce environmental impact, we only offer ground shipping. Your order will be packed and shipped on the Thursday following your order. If you absolutely need something super urgently and everything will fall apart if you cannot get it sooner, please contact us directly.

If a package is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. You may omit personal details if you please but must keep your name visible on the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address so we can correctly process and deliver your package. If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, EarthEmpower is not liable to replace the shipment.
